These terms describe permitted use of the Vantrex Labs website, account access, ordering pathway, and product information.

 
1. Institutional Website and Catalog

This website is intended for verified institutional organizations and their authorized representatives. Product information is provided for catalog review, procurement, technical reference, and account support.

2. Account Eligibility

Vantrex may review institutional affiliation, requester role, procurement context, shipping details, and supporting documentation before approving an account or releasing an order. Vantrex may decline, suspend, or terminate account access if information cannot be verified 

3. Orders, Payment, and Shipping

Order acceptance is subject to account approval, availability, payment terms, shipping eligibility, and any additional documentation requested by Vantrex. Vantrex may hold or cancel orders when account information, shipping details, or intended procurement context cannot be verified.

4. Product Scope

Catalog materials are supplied to verified institutional organizations for in vitro laboratory research and preclinical studies. Unless expressly stated in product-specific documentation, Vantrex catalog products are not offered as FDA-approved drugs, biologics, medical devices, compounded medications, finished dosage forms, consumer wellness products, or clinical-use products.

5. Prohibited Purchases and Use

Customers may not purchase through Vantrex for personal use, consumer resale, wellness or cosmetic treatment, performance enhancement, unauthorized marketplace resale, or any purpose outside the verified institutional research procurement context represented to Vantrex.

6. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for determining whether any product is appropriate for their institution, jurisdiction, research protocol, import requirements, and internal approvals. Product descriptions and scientific references do not substitute for the customer’s own regulatory, safety, legal, or institutional review.

7. Returns and Documentation

Returns require prior authorization from Vantrex customer service. Certain materials, including custom-made, radioactive, or temperature-sensitive products, may not be eligible for return. Certificates, specifications, and quality documentation describe Vantrex’s testing and release information for the applicable product or lot.

8. Website Content

Website content may be updated without notice. Vantrex works to keep catalog and technical information accurate, but customers should confirm product specifications, availability, shipping requirements, and documentation with Vantrex before ordering.
